Jordan Keras is the owner of Corio and Co Physiotherapy Group, leading three trusted clinics in the northern suburbs with a strong focus on continued expansion in the near future. With over a decade as a senior physiotherapist, he blends clinical expertise with deep community commitment.
A premiership-winning senior coach of the Anglesea football team, Jordan carries his leadership from the field into his clinics. He’s passionate about Running , fishing, golf, and staying active.
Jordan is dedicated to creating a workplace where both staff and patients thrive, ensuring every experience is positive, progressive, and enjoyable. Jordan’s bread and butter in physio is treating sporting injuries; however, he has a strong interest in lower back pain—particularly nerve-related pain like sciatica—as well as neck and shoulder pain.

Bill Dixon is a highly respected Senior Physiotherapist with over 38 years of clinical experience, proudly serving the Corio and Norlane community. Across nearly four decades, Bill has built a reputation for his deep clinical knowledge, practical approach, and unwavering commitment to helping people of all ages move better, recover faster, and stay active.
Bill has been actively involved in local and elite sport throughout his career, bringing high-level sporting insight into everyday clinical care. He has spent nine years working within AFL programs, including time with Port Adelaide and the Geelong Football Club, where he developed extensive experience in managing high-performance athletes and complex sporting injuries.
In addition, Bill has 18 years of cricket coaching experience, giving him a unique understanding of the demands placed on athletes across multiple sports. His clinical interests span sports injuries of all levels, from junior athletes to seasoned competitors, with a particular focus on injury prevention, recovery, and long-term performance.
Above all else, Bill’s passion lies in the community he serves. His focus and commitment are firmly centred on supporting individuals and families in the Corio and Norlane region, helping patients of all ages return to work, sport, and daily life with confidence. His longevity in the area reflects not only his expertise, but the trust and relationships he has built with generations of local patients.

Charlie graduated from Australian Catholic University with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy and has experience across both hospital and private practice settings. His background includes orthopaedics, medical, ICU and outpatient services as well as a wide range of acute to complex musculoskeletal conditions seen in the private practice space. This experience allows Charlie to confidently manage patients with varying presentations, from early-stage post-surgical rehabilitation to ongoing injury management and return-to-activity care in the private practice setting.
Charlie has also worked with local sporting teams, including the Springbank Football Club in Ballarat and the Women’s Camberwell Premier League Hockey team, gaining valuable experience in sports injury management and performance-based rehabilitation.
Charlie has a strong interest in sports injuries and rehabilitation that has stemmed from his own involvement in sports, such as hockey, golf, AFL; as well as training for running events including marathons and half ironmans. From his participation in these activities, Charlie has come across his own injuries and rehabilitation that has sparked his passion for physiotherapy. Charlie is passionate about helping patients get back to what they want to be doing as best as possible through effective, evidence-based physiotherapy.
In his own time, Charlie enjoys going for a run, cycling, bouldering, playing golf and catching up with friends
Maddison Dowell

Maddi has recently graduated with a Bachelors of Occupational Therapy at Deakin University in 2023. She developed an interest in Hand Therapy whilst on placement during her university degree and has spent time as an Allied Health Assistant at Corio Bay Hand Therapy prior to transitioning into a Hand Therapist role.
Through her continued experience in hand therapy, Maddi has built experience in treating conditions, such as arthritis, Dupuytren’s Disease, DeQuervain’s Tenosynovitis, Finger Injuries, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, Fractures, Ligament Injuries, and Wrist Injuries.
Maddi is undertaking a fellowship in post-graduate hand therapy training in 2024 that covers a comprehensive and complex array of complex hand conditions.
Outside of work, Maddi enjoys indoor rock climbing, sewing and gardening. This has contributed to her understanding of the patient’s need to get back to the activities they love doing. Maddi appreciates the importance of getting to know the patient, in order to provide individualised care that works for the patient’s wants and needs. She also recognises the value in the patient being in control of their own care and therefore being a part of the planning process and understanding their condition.

Christine has over 10 years experience working as a massage therapist in both private practice and in the field of aged care. She offers remedial, therapeutic, sport and relaxation massage combined with acupressure and myofascial trigger point dry needling to assist in the treatment of problems associated with chronic muscular pain and injury rehabilitation.

Peter has worked at Corio Bay Health Group Northern for 16 years. He is qualified to perform clinical and laboratory construction of full and partial dentures, which also includes cleaning, repairing and replacement of dentures.
